I understand the feeling of not wanting to be here anymore. It is an awful feeling. I tried meditation and diet and supplements and finally medication helped. Have you been able to get any help? I care, too and hope you feel better soon!
You've gotten some lovely replies on here, from people who care and who know how it feels to live with mental illness. I hope you can fight these thoughts and seek the help you fully deserve. I know full well, how it feels to have suicidal thoughts...Please find the strength to reach out if able...You deserve to feel well again...Just like everyone else here...Peace, Love and Lights x
I just moved 2 hours away from all my family to move in with my partner. I have been in mental health services since i was 11 and they never made their mind up as to whats wrong with me. Just tried different therapists, psychiatrists n this year, medication. I was tried on abilify, seroquel and sertraline (each separately). None of them worked out for me though. So they were just going to see how i was without the medication again. But they've been useless.
Anyway, moving here has been so overwhelming. I've got no job here, so i have no money. I went to see connexions about what i can do so they're helping me find a job and in the meanwhile are getting me to go look at doing a hospitality and catering course. Somehow the connexions worker knew i wasn't quite right 'up there' and has called me a few times to see how i am and keeps urging me to go to the doctors, which i will, i just haven't had time and i don't know which doctors is a good one as i don't know the area. I might go today/tomorrow but i just won't know what to say anyway. So i haven't seen anyone for 'help' in 1-2 month.
I feel so lonely and out of place. Doesn't help me and my partner are having to live with her parents, who are a bit posh and up themselves and look down on people with mental health issues. So gotta keep on smiling and pretend i'm fine.
