OK, I'm not one to bring up God under most circumstances, because that's a pretty personal thing, but you mentioned God in your interests. May I ask if you have a church or religious community where you might have people you trust that you could talk to? You said yesterday I think you had nowhere to turn to - might that be a possibility? Everybody needs an outlet, everyone needs someone to turn to. And if not there, please find someone here or elsewhere. For what it's worth, I'm saying a prayer for you. Please take care of yourself. Hold on to hope.

Talk to you doctor about medication. And get a Therapist.

I have no hope, there is NOTHING to be proud of. and I am on medication and have a therapist. Nothing works. I have lost all hope of ever felling better.

I'm a horrible person to give advice just now. I don't feel a lot of hope either, and I'm also really familiar with the nothing ever works feeling. And I don't know you, but I bet anyone who got to know you could find plenty for you to be proud of, but you just can't see it now. I don't know what you've been through, but if you have made it this far I must believe there is hope for you. Life is a funny thing, sometimes. It can be a very cruel thing. But sometimes when I wonder about things like free will and fate, I wonder if there might not be a purpose sometimes to the madness. Maybe I only hope that, but on dark days I will grab what I can . . . If you throw out 10,000 seeds, most of those that sprout will find fertile soil. In the case of people - relatively loving parents or guardians, safety, opportunity. In fact the life will crowd each other out where the most seeds sprout, as the roots compete the plants will struggle for what might be described as mediocrity. And then you get those seeds than might have fallen into rockier ground. Not enough soil for support or to hold water. No protection from the wind or the midday heat. Somehow, seeds continue to sprout in these most unlikely circumstances and continue to grow. And by doing so, their roots grow deeper into the earth and stronger in search of the nutrients we need. The plant grows taller. I don't know what you have been through, but if you can please hang on you have the potential to be stronger, more sensitive, smarter, more loving - you can go on and on here - than so many of your peers because you have walked a hard road. And along with this character can come joy. Because in life you can only know the taste of joy to the extent you have known the depths of pain. Life can change. If you keep making the effort long enough, it will change. Talk to someone, or as many people as you need to. Try different meds and a different therapist if you need to. But keep trying. Please.
