what about the menu

I was wondering what a diabetic restaurant would have on the menu
I can think of lots of things not to be served. But what apart from salad do you put on the menu no salt low fat low carb no sugar no pasta, potato or bread no pasties or pies and if its also vegetarian no meat or also vegan no milk or cheese

Maybe it could be Mo; Fish plaice or ....

I miss potatoes :) Richie, I love Red potatoes with meat and gravy, Low Sodium Diced Tomatoe gravy, my mom cooked something which was awesome and I love Shoe String potatoes are awesome, but they had none at the local dollar and yet I will look for them the next I am there, I want plain, NOT seasoned best of all.

Order Up!!!! I love deer meat and Chicken, Sausage Gumbo which can be made healthier, but sadly you need potato salad and I am NOT talking about the New Orleans version of course it needs to be BROWN, NOT red, but I love the high fiber rice in it more than no fiber. Yummo!!! This is a blessing Topic to me.

How about seafood? My problem is I am too often on a seafood diet, I see food, I eat it. I am working on doing better and I have made progress.
