what about the menu

I was wondering what a diabetic restaurant would have on the menu
I can think of lots of things not to be served. But what apart from salad do you put on the menu no salt low fat low carb no sugar no pasta, potato or bread no pasties or pies and if its also vegetarian no meat or also vegan no milk or cheese

Maybe it could be Mo; Fish plaice or ....

No one mentioned bagels - these crackers are awesome - loaded with multi-grain seeds on top and low carb, FYI herring is probably of the healthiest foods on the planet if it didnt have so much salt. I found a low carb pickled herring in COSCO. Second thought - there is such a thing as mini-bagels.

You're not getting it. Herring goes with Challah to dip in the sauce but we're not getting that either.

Before we plan a menu and while Lesa is practicing, why don't we find an available location for this restaurant. I suggest New York - either in a wealthy area like Madison Avenue or a trendy area like Greenwich Village or SOHO, Opinions, please
