check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

Made me so happy to hear you likes it! Hope you continue to enjoy it!
I completely agree that this kind of stuff does help us cope...looking at all that stuff, especially the first time, gave me a weird sense of security...like thank goodness at least one other human being gets it so maybe I'm not a total crazy person!
I actually wasn't posting that link to specifically share my page (or board as its called in Pinterest land) but rather just to give examples of the incredible stuff you can find there. There's SOOOOO much more on Pinterest similar to stuff on my board and probably even more if you search on your own and just poke around to find more things -- Pinterest is like a giganticly simple to navigate spider web where you can find pins on top of pins linked to other pins you like that are associated with more pins you might like that may lead you to someone else's board that is helpful to you -- and so goes the interesting and exciting spider web that is Pinterest :)
Such a great way to just pass time and really help distract your mind from it's usual pain of pain...hope you go have fun with it!
Maybe you could possibly consider learning to play a musical instrument, which does have far more redeeming qualities, and really, your lovely daughter would love that too. Or consider learning a new language and teach the words to your daughter too? For myself, those things are not only a great brain exercise, but are usable and will increase brain power for the long haul. I enjoy learning languages.
That's just my take on it. But if you enjoy it? Do it. Enjoy!
Hugs, and wishing you low pain days too.
Thanks, to you causing me to get lost in pinner land. I see why it's addicting for you now. Time moves too fast when you got things to get done.
Sorry, if you feel I am being the partie poopers, as I'm not trying to be, but if you like it, and find it fun like it is for you, and it is a popular thing in the mainstream, then by all means, enjoy it.
Hugs, and well wishes. Enjoy pinning.
No worries! I wish that more meaningful distractions could work for me...maybe I'm just weird but the little energy I have left -- after #1 being a mommy the best I can...then after just hanging on here (I'm sure that sounds very dramatic but I promise I'm just speaking honestly here) I just look for something simple to get through the rest of the time. I feel embarrassed about it even when I don't say it out loud...definitely wish I was stronger to mentally cope better...I just feel pretty exhausted at this point in the game. Oh well...to each their own!
