About Me

I was rear-ended by a car going 60-70 mph 7 years ago. I have had, since then, many musculoskeletal pain problems, and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, Myofascial Pain Syndrome, Sacroiliitis, and severe pelvic pain/nerve pain. The pelvic pain hurts the most. I am barely able to sit, and standing is not much better. I also can\'t lay on my back, so that leaves me limited as to what I can do. Usually, I spend much of my day laying in the fetal position on my left side, but I spend a couple hours per day alternating sitting (special chair) and standing and about another hour stretching or walking for exercise. I am interested in knowing what has worked for others and also helping others with what I\'ve learned.
