Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

Things slowed down today, the clouds never left, never saw sunshine, and the wind started whipping away, but the last white frozen thing I saw fall from the sky was around 12:30ish.
Now we just have to wait for some warm temps and get all this ice and snow melted...I doubt I'll be driving the 45 min. to my office in Durham on Monday.
Also, we've got a crew that's supposed to head up to New York on Tuesday or Wednesday for one of our major Tradshow's of the Season...not sure that's going to happen with the blizzard that shot up the East Coast...that show costs us $15,000 for our booth space, so that will suck big time. They usually drive a 26' Penske Truck full of Rugs and other Antiquities...right up the I95 corridor....but that whole route is under between 1 - 3 feet of snow and I doubt it will all be melted by Tuesday..going to be a very interesting week at work.
As for being hold up inside all day, I made a pot of beef stew, a tuna casserole, M&M Walnut cookies, and Banana Bread, then gave it all out to the neighbors. I cook when I'm bored....but not much on the eating.
Tomorrow hopefully we'll get above freezing and some of this will start to melt.
I am sorry your company is going to get hit hard with loss of business from not being able to go to trade show....but I bet everyone is in same boat that wanted to go....so maybe they reschedule? Possibly but not probably....think positive...hugs
Hope everyone else is defrosted and melting!
anyway glad your thinking of getting out..
I did get out today and went to the office for about 6 hours. It felt very good to get out of the house and do something productive with my time that didn't involve cleaning or sudoku or baking/cooking! We're in the 60's all this week so we should be completely melted! Yay.
