The line, in my opinion has been crossed by the dogmatic professional, non-support. When words like insane are used in a support forum, that's it.
Those of you who know me can find me in the other group, but I'm done here. I do my best to welcome new members, only to have their state of being questioned by a certain professional, anti-medication young man. We all have doctors that we have chosen. I am not here to advertise or sell anything to anybody, and it's a crying shame that DS allows this group to be disturbed and agitated by a WebMD approach. I wish most of you well.

PLEASE dont go! PLEAAASSSEEE. I look at you as the "CL" here even though it hasnt been "formally established." You are always here to help and greet new members, even though you will be over at the other group it seriously WONT BE THE SAME>!! We need you here (at the main board- we get more new people here- that will need you) please... reconsider...please....

I agree, I know he says some things I do not agree with and that is ok we all have our own opinions but I really dont think he said it to be mean or judging anyone it is just that, that is a lot and she should be careful as a overdose at that amount is very feasible. Not that she was insane but the ordering doctor is. The poster husband was also very concerned at that amount and want her to switch doctors.
Please and I am sure I talk for alot of people on here that we really wish you would stay and it would be a very sad day if you did go.
I know you and I know that for you to be "really fed up" you must have been pushed far off the cliff and then some.
I am sad that you feel as you do but, I absolutely support your decision and if you need anything--you have my phone number.

Still David let him say what he wants and think how he does that is how he makes a living and yea it is not nice to call a procedure that some people take here as insane but then again he does not have a clue what it is like. Obviously there are many educated doctors out there who do believe in the pump as they made and prescribe it to thousands of people.
He does not have all the answers and being on here alot of hours a day shows not that many patients who believe his treatments works as I have been in a treatment something like he is providing and it did not work for me. I have a strong mind and body and probably do more in one day then he does in three and I have pain and take meds for it and I am better for it in the end because it is what it is and I can not change time or accidents that happen I have to roll with the punches and so does alot of people on here.
No disrespect CC but if you dish it out you gotta take it also and if you say some of our treatments are insane you have to accept that some of us will think your treatments are insane also. I think you do what you do to make a buck and that is ok so are the doctors who are doing the pumps also and we accept that but we also accept and go to the ones that work. If we are going to spend our money the majority of people will go with what has proven to work by more people then not.
@ the same time promoting a book - no cost- captive audience.
In one hand, all the people you've helped and how you've kept the group together. In the other hand someone that irritates the hell out of you.

I think we all know that we never agree on everything and some comments just plain suck.

I will not post here because of the one (profesional) and block does not work, if you post you still get emails from blocked person and if not logged in you still see it. I still lurk mostly, I do care about all on this site.
I have been having heart test after another, still have a few to go and its looking like sugery for me, and I feel like I cannot come here for support or give support.. I wish you the very best and many blessings.

As far as DS allowing him here, he has just as much right to post here as anyone else. As long as he doesn't cross the "Rules of the Road" he should be welcome too. Of course we're not always going to agree with everyone - but we should be adult enough to just let it go and move on. Put him on "Ignore" if you can't stand his posts.

My mouth has been hanging open at times with some of the comments also. You should be where your comfortable but no one person should have an impact on so many when it comes to support. If you do leave that is what will happen here. So many will be missing you. Such a shame. I hope you'll reconsider as I'm just getting to know everyone & your worth knowing.
