I started to look into Medicare. It's really confusing. Medicaid is really simple in New York. But it's been the limiting number of doctors can be a problem, which will hopefully better with Medicare, if they give me all the months that I have listed.
I'm still hoping things will get better for you, too.
It is common for claimants to only remember when the VE says no jobs. But what they don't understand is that it depends on your medical records and the RFC that the ALJ figures.up using all the evidence if the hypotheticals would even.apply.
The younger you are, the harder it.is to be approved because jobs in the national economy are factored.in. When you're 50+ they look at transferrable skills which can limit jobs or leave none.
Ann, don't get upset if it takes more than 6 weeks. The standard is 30-90 days to receive the decision. You will have one holiday for this month, Columbus Day Oct. 12. In November there are.two holidays Veterans Day Nov 11 and Thanksgiving Nov 26. If it.goes into December and January you have a few more holidays. Hope you will hear soon, but be prepared to be patient if.you don't. Besides your age. you have been.seeing a mental health Dr regularly and you weren't doing that before and it can make all the difference.
And thank you, Just Me. It's been a big help having someone so knowledgeable here. I'll be checking out those links.
I'll try to be realistic about my expectations.

I am thinking of you.. hold on and be strong.
I read up on these proceeding. They recommended dressing respectfully. It was a cold day, so even though I was clean, I didn't have a good warm jacket, so I wore sore of a wacky lined sweater.
Anyway, please everyone keep me in your prayers and good thoughts. I've been living in limbo for a long time, and I thought last Monday would be the last day. Oh, well.
