Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Support Group
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) describes a sense of exhaustion and post-exertion malaise, even when you have gotten enough rest and sleep. The disease is characterized by six months of incapacitating fatigue experienced as profound exhaustion and extremely poor stamina, and problems with concentration and short-term memory. I recently read about a technique to release stress that seemed to work. You might want to try it if you have the energy. Write down all your most negative, dark feelings. Write for at least 15 minutes (truthfully, I cheated and wrote for a shorter time.) After you are done writing, throw away that piece of paper. I thought it was crazy, but after doing this once or twice a day for a couple of days, I actually felt lighter of spirit. Good luck luna.

I sometimes put the upset me on a cushion and imagine it's a small upset child and then talk to it kindly and lovingly and maybe even cuddle the cushion. I've found it very powerful, but gentle at the same time.
It's a different approach and might be less exhausting. Big hugs :-)
My suggestion that works for me is to write a journal entry. I vent frequently in my journal entries here at Daily Strength. According to counselors and therapist writing is beneficial. I cry while I am writing. I think the crying is releasing some surplus chemicals from my system, but it does also zap some of my energy.
I write, as in journaling. I use a large legal pad and a gel pen that is comfortable and just let it all out. Then I throw it away the next day. Sometimes it gets so messy I'd never be able to read it again but the minute that pen gets in my hand my emotions pour out through it. On days I can't write, I use dragon software and talk like I was talking to a best friend or just the universe. Then, again, later I delete. I don't want people finding them later and feeling upset about how I was feeling at that moment because it probably passed. And, yes, of course I cry. I'm not much of a screamer.
If I'm not up to any of that at all, then I do muscle releases. It involves tighting up each major muscle from toes to neck, holding 10 seconds and then letting it go. It releases lactic acid. Came upon it when I used to have panic attacks. Really helped....
Hope today is a good day!
I'm not as talented as some with the computer, so I generally "type" up my emails and things on a word document and copy/paste when I am done so I can check it out first or save it if I am too tired to finish.
It's about $55 on Amazon, disc or download. The "home" edition should do everything you need. I have an earlier one but it looks like this one can even help you surf the web. time to upgrade :) On the same page in the "frequently bought together" area is a good headset to use if you don't have one already. http://smile.amazon.com/Dragon-NaturallySpeaking-Home-13-0-English/dp/B00LX4BZAQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1429698936&sr=8-3&keywords=dragon+naturally+speaking+13+premium
