Status: Had a crash earlier this week because I didn't eat enough and did too much. When will I learn! Everything is better now though . .
About Me
I\'m not sure whether I\'ve had chronic fatigue, but I\'ve been experiencing these symptoms for about 17 years. I\'m now 54 years old and keep looking for answers. I quit drinking alcohol, stopped eating sugar and most processed foods. I try to eat a very clean diet and avoid exposure to allergens. I am lucky to have a wonderful, caring fiance. We live in Austin, Texas.

Hello dear, thank you for reaching out! Yes, I'm still living in Austin, TX with all the allergens, I have gotten some relief from taking an allergy medication, but still not fully functional. I'm sorry that you are still sick. -
