About Me
My actual name is Denise. Am 59 years old. LIve in Northern California. Have had CFS since I was in my late 20\'s. Yikes - it\'s wild to say that! Have periods of wellness and periods of being laid out flat. I love to read, paint (pastel, acrylic - draw), yoga, hang with my standard poodle (Maris), horses, swimming, all nature, laughing, good films, friends and of course, my dear husband. Spend a good amount of time exploring my dream world (the unconscious) which helps me get through the down times and lets me know there is more to me that this darned CFS.
