Question, does anyone else become silent, completely unable to talk when it hits? When you taken one step too many? Run completely out of energy.
I get so zapped that I just stop and fall silent. Sometimes I have a weird nonsensical humming noise I make and my family knows to just herd me home...
It has happened many times, I remember early on shopping with my daughter for school clothes at the mall. I was struggling from all the walking and shopping and just stopped. Stood still, couldn't figure out how to go forward or backwards or do a thing. At a convention, after a fundraiser, I sat on a chair and couldn't do anything. Vaguely knew it was a mile plus to the convention center door and had no clue how I would get there, get in a cab, get to the hotel and so on. They had to get a wheelchair for me that day.
I am not aware that I am humming. Now that I am home full-time I listen more carefully, do things in degrees, limit activities, practice more acceptance and better self-care. But when I overdo, I am quiet and still. A statue.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). Others its that if there is any stimulation I can't cope at all without being sent into an uncontrollabel migraine. I lay really still under a blanket, minimizing light sound and processing demands.
