Thanks again for the info butterfly (energy lost)! Heck, I've heard of breathing exercises for years, but really, have not heard of anyone who used them enough to really remedy anything except some anxiety. This is great. Looking forward with hope and curiosity!

This week on Dr. Phil, he recommended for a girl with OCD to do breaths in 4 counts since she is stuck on the No. 4 so when my anxiety worsened this week, I did a count of 4 in and 4 out and seemed to be a faster remedy for me.
