Cerebral Palsy Support Group
Cerebral palsy or CP is the most common childhood physical disability. It is a permanent physical condition that affects movement. There is no cure for cerebral palsy, but various forms of therapy can help a person with the disorder to function more effectively. If you or a loved one has cerebral palsy, join the group to share your experience or get advice from others.

I cannot feel the texture of objects or hot and cold correctly on the right side of my body. My sensation is cut right down the middle. I feel everything on the left side, but have decreased sensation on the right.
And I don't like the cold (as im sure no one does) with me though I really start to shake and shiver and mucles seem to tence up.
And I do not like the taste amd smell of braccoli.
I have depth perceptions issues, when in close range (2-4 feet maybe?). I always stub my toe, or whack my arm on something. My: toes, ankles, shins, knees, thighs, hips, elbow - there is always at least a few bruises from bumping or tripping. The funny part is once something is at least 10 feet out, I have probably better than "normal" perception - I could play 2nd Base or Short Stop surprisingly well. Then again catching with my left hand helped, as it is my only non-spastic limb!
Cold is my nemesis too, pretty much exactly like guitarman. Once I get a chill in my bones, I start to spasm severely and some muscles essentially go rigid.
Sudden loud noises and shouting can make me feel like I am going to have a heart attack. And prolonged noises, like a dog barking for an hour, make me go completely insane.
