Seared flank steak, covered in sauteed mushrooms with red wine and rosemary, on top of a potatoes mashed with chives and garlic, with pan gravy.

For dessert, angel food cake, cubed with raspberries, amaretto, whipped cream, with chocolate flakes and roasted sliced almonds.
