I really am, Latin.

The AC guys installed a NEW unit and I can't get it to work. Luckily, my brother in law is coming this week. Maybe he can figure it out! I'm too embarrassed to call them....

Set the temp low enough for it to switch on?

Make sure the breakers on the air handler in the basement are on. The new unit they installed in the basement.
