What do you say to someone who has lost all hope?

Feeling nothing but the residue of the hurt and anger of my circumstance - nothing else.
I've sort of hit a rock bottom of sorts, and don't see the way up.
Still crying, still missing him, still wishing for a form of justice - a pay back.
I will never understand why I'm here, why he was able to do this to me.
Why did I love him so strong but never received that kind of love in return - although I didn't realize that when I was in it.
Why did he lie to me? Why does he have to effect me the way he does without doing anything?
Just the thought of him, the memory of him, the pain from him.
I'm tired of having to be strong and function while carrying this. I don't want to be here anymore.
What do you say to someone who has lost all hope?

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

Ponder THE PASSION HE accomplished for you, and you alone. So alone with GOD is good.
I have a neighbor who is in his 70's and I knew he had been through divorce many years previously, so I visited with him to ask some advice. He told me when he let go of the anger, the resentment, the jealousy, the self pity, was when he felt at peace. It's like you're validating the emotions and then surrendering to them with the understanding that there is nothing I can do to change the past.
When I learned to let go of the negative, all that was left was Love and self love was what I was lacking in my life at the time. I think my ex was surprised when I told her I wasn't going to fight her, that I just wanted her to be happy. About 6 months after the divorce was finalized, my ex wanted me back but I had a taste of being single and was loving it so I respectfully declined. She is with her lover now as I write this and I am happy for them both because I am doing what I want to do. I have a great life and I have never been happier. I enjoy the peace a solace of being alone and I know there are not many people like me but I feel spiritually connected and that makes me very happy.
God Bless
I'm glad to hear that your situation worked out. As I cling to God I pray that my hope be restored for better days.
