I woke up this morning with a great deal of anxiety. I'm not even sure why? Today was a day just like any other, only I felt this overwhelming sense of fear. I have been trying to put my hands on why I have these feelings. I think it may just be the fear of the unknown, but then again, today is just like every other work day, so it is not actually 'the unknown.' Ever feel this way? What are you most afraid of in life?

Spiders, big hairy ones, then again the little ones are going to get me too.
I swear one day I am going to have a major wreck in my car if another one of those little green ones drop down from the ceiling again, "officer I swear it was a spider"

I suggest all of us fight these fears head on. We only live once...It would be a shame to waste it living in fear all the time. Now I just need advice on how to fight the fear head on...

I wonder if I will ever love again. And I look at the obituaries in the newspaper every day, and wonder if mine will read "beloved wife of...". Or not.

I'm not really scared of not loving again. I just wonder if I will. I would like to be beloved by someone again before I die (hopefully at 110!!!)
