Damn I miss the smoked meat sandwiches from the famous Schwartz in Montreal....the best smoked meat sandwich you could even taste.
I don't see how being a Vegan makes you more healthy. Granted, red meat isn't the best but chicken, Turkey, eggs, milk are all part of a very healthy diet....just saying :)
