The Reuben sandwich is a hot sandwich of layered corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Russian or sometimes Thousand Island dressing, grilled between slices of rye bread. Several variants exist.

Smart dogs, Bmore....soy hot dogs. my daughter is a vegetarian. There is also meatless chili (they sell the meat-free meat at Trader Joes....it is soy, like a Boca burger). So you could have a vegetarian chili dog. I make them for her sometimes.

There are actually some really good vegan chili recipes. The not-dogs don't make my socks roll up and down, but to each his/her own.
