Not under normal circumstances. Not to generalize because like me, many do get along but because the French Canadians are so scared to lose their native tongue and afraid of being overpowered by English Canadians, they tend to dislike each other. Quebec has already held a referendum twice in order to become it's own country and only lost by 0.1 % if I remember well last time.
