I am a lost soul. Many here feel the same way as I do...it sucks, but it will get better. I joke to distract too much thinking. Hope that sick feeling in the stomach goes away soon...I'll get back to joking now...

The sick feeling does go away eventually, but you never know when a trigger comes up and sets it off. It's true - all in time I'm afraid.

I am sitting alone - as I do every single day - while my friends/family enjoy their holiday. I am stuck in my head, remembering, remembering all the good times.

This really sucks. Thank goodness I have DS
