I am a lost soul. Many here feel the same way as I do...it sucks, but it will get better. I joke to distract too much thinking. Hope that sick feeling in the stomach goes away soon...I'll get back to joking now...

I was just about to write in my journal, but I couldn't come up with the words to describe how I feel. It's been over three years now and I still get flashbacks that turn my stomach. I don't let anybody know what I am thinking or feeling. I put on a happy face and go on.

Rman...your joking is great around here to lighten things up, but thanks for opening up a bit about your pain. I agree with another poster...sit with it a bit once in a while. I truly believe that's the only way out of this in a healthy successful way.

I spend most of my time joking about my life and convincing myself that I really didn't need anyone around. But recently I have begun to feel that maybe I am lonely and I should start putting a little effort into my life. ((hugs)) I think everyone does really enjoy your joking though, so keep up the good work.

Rman even you gotta let it out once in awhile bro... I've always admired your ability to laugh, joke and be lighthearted in the face of what you're struggling with. That's something I lack as in contrast to your posts, mine are almost always so deadly serious. I'm working on applying the good medicine I've learned from you.
