Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
It is hard at first, but the more you practice it and make a conscious effort to draw the will from within to not make that contact with them, it will break that routine and start you on a new one.
Just don't let the No Contact give you reason to not contact anyone. Once you find you can eliminate contact with those who hurt you, its can be an easy "out" for you with others when things get too much at times. Its a good tool to use as long as you remember when it really needs to be used. If that makes sense.
Best wishes.

"white knuckling it" should be added as a step in the process.
Whenever you have to be in a situation with someone you care about, even someone who is a friend, and the only solution is No Contact, it doesn't get any easier to cut communication nor does it get any easier on what it does to your heart. But at least you have experienced what it is you need to do and know what you have to do. Thanks to you as well for your good wishes.
hang in there.
