Well, after my first 24 hrs on this board, I can honestly say that I still feel like crap. But, at least I have people to talk to about these feelings. It's nice to see that the people here have either gone through, or are going through the same emotions as me. I think I might stick around for a while. Nice to meet all of you.

On the social readjustment scale (used by therapists) death of a spouse is 100pts., while divorce is not far behind with 73 pts. I definitely feel like i'm grieving.
