Ahhh I have heard ancient stories of this, told by my elders. It has since been forbidden in my land. As new tribal leader, I think I will attempt to change these laws and bring back the ways of the elders. As their lives were harder, I think they enjoyed themselves more with the power of the ancient slow dance. ;)

My x did not dance at all; so, I feel inadequate on the dance floor now. One more thing to add to the list of remedial skills :(

Oh my God. I am an elder! I have slow danced!
And yes, I miss it. Where I come from it is still done.
Funny thought: stbx is so tall when I danced with him I felt like I was dancing with a wall. I could see nothing and generally had no idea where I was. It was still noce thouh. *** sigh***

My aunt just came in all excited because tomorrow is her birthday. It sounded oddly to me like she said she was going to the "club" in Atlantic City to "dance". She knows the ancient art! How wonderful. Maybe she can teach me. Oh, btw, what is this "club" that she speaks of?
