As a soon-to-be dual citizen I will take the position of mediator here and tell people that Americans generally have a very favorable view of Canadians - just don't stop the flow of oil and gas!

PS: That whole back bacon thing must have come from Quebec because I always called it ham as well but I'm from BC.

Oh good lord... I do know her!!! didn't she live on that street... you know the one... right in the middle of that area?!

lol... I'm half French and half Native American (well... that is my mom's side) so I used to get all sorts of Pemmican jokes through school...

So one day mom made up some disgusting glop and told me to take it to school and share it with everyone... telling them it was Indian food... LMFAO... I love my mom.

I said that since they were asking about my pemmican habit so much I thought I'd share my indian food with them (we ate spaghetti more than anything growing up, it was dad's favourite)

I got more gags that day than anything... I was marvelous!!!
