If crushed red pepper makes your insides hurt, real tacos would probably kill you. You have no idea what a real taco is until you have eaten one from the little cart outside a busy metro station in Mexico City. It has to be surrounded by stray dogs and flys. You need to eat them with a bottled coke, and standing up, so you have to lean forward so the salsa won't run down your shirt. There is no other way to really enjoy a taco.
