Well, right now, for instance, I am up too early and may normally get depressed because it's still dark and I'm alone for the first time in my life I can come here and I know thhe people and I don't feel so terribly isolated.

misery loves company, i know i am not the only one hurt by someone else, some one who has feeling for my ex but know its wrongg, and the tough love advice to move on with no contact, just lot or reinforcement good and bad..
everyone is entitled to their opinions, i read all of it and thnk about it and work it into my life, if it works, thanks and if it doesnt than yet anothe learning lesson for me
