Well, I'm off work tonight and trying to decide whether or not to go out to eat...by myself. Will people look at me like I'm a loser? They might say..."awww, look at that poor guy, sitting alone eating a taco." If they look at me, I'll just pretend to be psychotic and start talking to the taco or something...

Going to dinner by one's self is not a big deal these days. Business people do it all the time. Take a newspaper or magazine. Catch up on reading while eating a peaceful meal.

I may try this, going out to dinner by myself this weekend and tell you how it went..

This will be so unusual for me to do this because do not go out to eat..I prefer to cook meals at home..

I did it several times this week. I was out of town and just walked in and sat at a table in the bar of the restaurant. Watched the games on and was fine.

I used to be reluctant to do go out by myself too, but now it's okay. When I eat alone, I enjoy my food instead of worrying how I look. I take big bites and if there's chili or mayo on my chin no worries.

Going out to a bar or club by myself hasn't happened yet and I don't think it will. I like to know what drugs I'm taking.

well, I used to hate going out everywhere by myself, hm, what did I do to get over it?Well, I would listen to music, like teenager, people cannot talk to you and you feel like you live in a different world.
My preferences Enigma, Ocarina, Vangellis, my daughter calls it space music. So, it made me feel like I am from a different plant. Who knows, maybe I am, that's why I don't fit in.
