They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
What do you really expect to get out of DS? I mean, an online support group can only provide so much support. This is not to say that being here does not help with the healing process...I'm simply stating that if you hold DS to such a high standard, then you may be in for a let down during your time here...

This site gives me strength because it reminds me of what I've learned throughout life, which includes the education that there are some mean-ass people out there. It is what it is..
