2nd waxed?
what would i change about myself? i wish that when i first open up to someone, or am intimate with them, that i get really weird for like two days. i feel out of sorts.. and really vulnerable.
i don't like that about myself. and i wish my legs were longer.
I would try to doubt myself less. And listen without putting in my own two cents. I would also like to stop myself from doing too much when I know I already have enough on my plate.
its like.. No i am just a freak.
my legs are short.. so attention: leg guys! i am not your girl!
but thanks seige ((hugs))
My whole life, taking risks, being invigorated by challenge, respecting people who challenge me, feeling the strength of spirit in feeling no fear --
and finding myself so incredibly injured by someone who crashed right into that wrecklessness of mine.
I GET WHAT YOURE SAYING SO MUCH, YOU DONT EVEN KNOW!!!
My reticence, oversensitivity, over-caution, refusal to trust, cocooning, squashing down that adrenaline-loving free spirit just happened for the last 4 years, turtling myself. I woke up one day and realized how much trauma I'd internalized. I got TOO comfortable now keeping people at arms legnth, isolating myself from the people and activities I used to do.
The truth is, the hatred became overwhelming. My adrenline-loving spirit got drowned in hatred and my urges became so destructive I was starting to scare myself I'd actually kill myself with my risk-taking and wrecklessness in my anger...if not end up in the penitentiary for being destructive to others, like the exsociopath (its amazing how one gets infected by their heartlessness and violence).
wow, just writing about it brings it all up for me again...
I can do the good-girl saint job so well now though after 4 years, I've become someone I dont recognize and frankly dont much, hmm whats the word, enjoy. I'm not enjoying life being a turtle in a shell. Its not me, not who I was, not who I want to be in this life.
Hence the therapist telling me to jump start the old me again with high impact experiences...but this time, with a discerning heart and mind. Measured risks, well-thought out gambles, highest impact with lowest risk, keeping myself as safe as possible while I find edges to ride.
And yanno what, like Rman said, its hard to amke a change now, especially when its to inviting back some of the very things that got me in trouble with a bad guy. I dont think I trust myself enough yet to keep myself safe.
I know I can....I just dont trust that I will.
wow...tears!!!
I miss me...and I'm afraid of how my world will change, how MUCH it will change if/when I go back to her.
