Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Then, in a pot, cook an onion, and garlic.
Add two cans of black beans, and two cans of diced tomatoes.
Add a beer, and enough water to cover, and then boil the hell out of it.
Then, add chili powder, cumin, black pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper to taste.
When it is done boiling, and has reduced and is thick, remove all the chicken from the one you bought at the store, shred it, and add to the pot and boil some more.
Top with sour cream and cilantro.
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can of your favorite canned chili (heat level according to your palate)
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can black beans (or pinto, or kidney, or navy ... whatever)
1 packet taco seasoning
Heat it through. TA-DAH a meal. (I add some extra chili powder and cumin ... you can play with it as you like.
Fry hamburger put in pot then add chilli seasoning from packet
then throw in some kidney beans with it own juice then canned chilli beans and a can of whole tomatoes crushed.boil and your done. it is so good and fast.let me know if you try mine...Thanks!
