Habit or symptom?

Habit: Pacing the floor and worry.

Symptom: Rapid cycling.

my worst bipolar habit would have to be that I tend to push away most everyone close to me during my low and depressed times, and then want them all back during my high's. Needless to say, it can be very hard if not impossible to get back those loved-ones after Ive so harshly pushed them away. Ive lost alot of good friends and cherished relationships because of it.

I use to lock myself in my room but now I just make sure the only time i am in there is to well have sex and sleep Pacing the floor and worry.
I do aways even when i am not worry just cuz why not then i realize i am doing it and feel like a dumd ass

The worst for me is the paranoia I face when the high is so far gone that I can't control it. I can't leave the house, I can't answer the phone, though I do continue to function--as long as no one asks me to leave my front door!!

Ok i dont know if its actually the worst but the one I am the most embarassed about. When i am down I want to curl up in a small enclosed place. Makes me feel safer. I can't believe i admit that.

i sit at my computer for days..now i like this but it gets on everyone elses nerves..lol..i can forget the world exists when i stare into my monitors dreamy eyes.

When I get in a mixed state. I am very unstable then. But worse yet are my meltdowns. One little trigger and I start to think that nobody gives a sh*t about me, everything is my fault, etc. Then I feel all this guilt and can't pull myself together anymore. I end up on the floor crying, and I can't control when it happens. Since the doctor added wellbutrin and upped my lithium, I have been much better.

Pushing people away.. I get so funky in my mind that I can't stand myself and I get angry with people when they try to help.. they have no idea whats going on in my mind - I push them away.. When I get back from the dark madness, I have to pick up all the pieces I shattered. Unfortunately, most of the people in my life don't understand how to handle me yet and it can be pretty lonely for me.. Oh, AND the tremors from the meds.. I am an artist you know, I need to work!!

I hadn't thought about this... worst habit is probably spending money I don't have or making these grand plans that are impossible.

Alienating people, problems holding a job, being to frightened to leave the house for weeks and months at a time.

mood changes..from nasty to saintly

Worst habit: dropping all my meds because I think I'm better/never going to get better.

My worst habit is checking out any hot guy that is in my line of vision. What's really bad is I am happily married and have three kids including 2 teenage daughters so this needs to stop.
