Mixed states are the worst for me - I become so full of rage I scare myself. I drink to quiet things down but sometimes, that creates another whole set of problems when I already had enough. My pdoc and I figured out this is when I usually end up hospitalized - during a mixed state - I hate them :(

The need for sexual conquest while manic. While I was in between husbands, I had sex with 7 different guys in 24 hours and ended up pregnant with twins. Was self medicating with A LOT of alcohol at the time, so I made a personal decision that most people in the Bible Belt would condemn me for. So this has to have been my worst habit.

hurting the ones i love by my mood swings, by saying things i don't really mean.. i hate when i do this. it is not fair to them. but when i am in a mood i can't control all the time, but i am working on it hard.

It would have to be my anger. When I'm manic I get ferocious and hurt all of my loved ones especially my young daughter. She takes the brunt of it and I feel extremely guilty for it but I still can't control it. I also clean like a maniac and it gets on my families nerves, but the house can never be clean enough for me.

psychotic episodes----breaking things, saying horrible things in response to the horrible things that I hear in my head----hurting people's feelings and causing a situation where I have to go or risk having a talk with uniformed people of some sort.

Habit: I tend to use my bi-polar as an excuse to my fiance alot when I just don't wanna deal rather than trying harder

Symptom: I think two: Loss of memory and debilitating depression when it comes.
