Sometimes i'd cry when making love with my ex...i loved him so very much.
Knowing that the world is in turmoil breaks my heart...
i have a tiny nativity scene...it's probably as old as i am...i used to hold it and gaze at it when i was a child..i'd feel so close to Jesus and i wanted Him to be with me and to hug me...i still have the nativity and it still touches my heart.

Many years I spent hiding my emotions for feeling vulnerable but now I don't care much what people think. I cry a good cry at times and move on....
I cried through a memoir a client of mine wrote about being a Jewish child in France and running from the Nazis. Beautiful story even with all the horror. Yes, I was moved.
I have learned to validate all my emotions and know it is ok to have that experience!
