Schindler's List....the violin music...is sooo moving...especially the song at the end...i have it in my tunes..it is very sad but that violin speaks and weeps...the movie makes me cry a river every time.
I'm very moved by media as well...great stories...especially the ones that pull the emotions out. Usually though...they leave me with one emotion in the end...and thats determination to try to make things better..to do good.
Lol i cried about that dr suess movie where they were chopping down the trees so...go figure.
I felt transfigured...brought up to some new high of elation and joy. I was near tears. Very quiet though.

Something good is triggered in me.
I am trying to find things that trigger positive emotions. I am trying to overcome a lifetime of challenged and strong emotional responses.

this song gives me the chills and stirs up so many emotions...hurt, anger, sadness, regret....so raw. The smell of the other woman's perfume in his room when i went to visit....bad scene. hanging my head and turning to leave.
the cards my daddy sent my mama when he was overseas during WWII...he always signed them with " i love you darling"...they were together for 60 yrs...such powerful love and connection.
pictures my kids drew for me when they were small, innocent and sweet...i miss that connection we had.
