I think that you can gain weight even when off of meds. I gained 60 pounds in the past 6 years and 5 of those years I was dx as Bipolar and on all kinds of BP meds. I am wondering if the trileptal that I was on for the first year I was given the label gained me all of this weight. And mac and cheese is low cal when you are using the box.....so it's not as bad. And she will be eating the cheese dogs too. I am just opting to only eat the mac and cheese.

I think it's great to let your daughter choose! And I think it's FABULOUS that if given the choice she would have chosen the far more exotic garlicky shrimp with noodles and vegetables! Most kids I know wouldn't touch it!

I'm not sure what we're having tonight. We made a huge pot of lentil soup last night but that's more my thing than my gf's. We'll probably have BLTs or something. I make mine with Bacos! (I'm a vegetarian.) It is actually really good, if a bit crumbly!

wow....all kinda junk food...unless prepared from scratch. A bit of free, sanctimonious, uninvited commentary :) Wouldn't eat anything on this menu, personally..but hey, wasn't offered any!

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
