Excuse my language but I am royally pissed. I been working out on the wii fit for the past week for about a half hour a day except for one night when I worked out for ten minutes because I was too tired. But the next night I made up for it and worked out an extra twenty minutes making it 51 minutes and tonight I worked out for a whole hour and eleven minutes tonight and the wii said I gained .3 pounds. I am beginning to loose my mind. Hubby and friend told me I am gaining muscle not fat. I DON"t want to gain muscle. IT weighs more! Tell me again what the point in my exercising if I am going the opposite direction on the scales???

I eat twice a day. I been logging my food intake on the beeper weight loss club regularly. I also log when I cheat and eat things that I know I shouldn't.

No the hubby isn't a nutritionist. But he did come out and tell me I was eating too much..

Yea it is muscle instead of fat - but if you gain say 5lbs muscle it can burn 20lbs of fat - it is worth it to gain muscle, trust me. You should research this.

Oh and lots of small meals (like 8) that are low fat and healthy are actually good for your metabolism, it actually speeds up your metabolism. If you were gaining while doing that you were either eating too much or food that was too high calorie/not healthy. Ex of good choices would be carrot sticks, lowfat yogurt, apple

chicken breast, small salad with lowfat dressing, tuna with a small amount of lowfat/no fat mayo- things like that

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
