This morning I got to work upset and saw a post in the crisis center that irritated me. What on earth would make me go in there and voice irritation in the crisis center?!
Certainly I know that it could be very dangerous to do something like that, but I did it anyway. I wish someone would install a shock collar that will go off just before I'm about to be an idiot.
I really feel bad about it and I hope nothing like that happens again.

We are all or pretty much bipolar here. Sometimes mood speaks before the brain engages. I was happy to see your sincere appology...you have a good heart. Hugs!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
