I remember nights with all my friends smoking pot too. I remember all of us looking in the mirror trying to see if we could open our eyes wide lol. It never happened though but we should got on hell of a laugh though

I don\'t really miss much about the 70s. I was a rabid Elton John fan though. I do really think that the microwave oven and push button telephones were two great inventions to come out of the 70\'s. Not to mention the improvements made in TV dinners!

I remember these things: earth shoes, puka shells, mood rings, pet rocks, clackers, Dorothy Hammel haircuts, Farrah Fawcett haircuts, Mousse, blow dryers, (yes they came out in the 70s) the men\'s can of The Dry Look, Aramis cologne, Charlie perfume, Babe perfume and Margaux Hemingway, bubble watches, needlepoint and rug hooking craze, wrapping your hair, guy\'s Levis, peanut pants, Wayne Rogers shirts, smiley faces everywhere!!!, and the phrase "Have a Nice Day!" The song, Tie a Yellow Ribbon \'Round the Old Oak Tree and The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia! The Tate/La Bianca muder trial with Charles Manson. And last but not least, The Apollo 13 Mission!!

All I miss is the music....Don\'t even get me started on the music of today!

I remember bodysuits were the thing to wear, skorts, chokers, bangle bracelets, hi top tennis shoes, tank tops under baggy shirts, ripped jeans, having everyone sign your skates, bright makeup, big hair... Oh and I cant forget about the movie sixteen candles, pretty in pink, and for keeps. They were my favorite movies. (Yes I was a Molly Ringwald fan)

omg rkb, clackers!!! i so loved them! hehe, ummmm, and yah earth shoes came out when i was in like 7th grade, or maybe earlier but that is when they were like the new fad in my junior high school:} hmm before junior high, like before i was 12...ummm, elephant pants, hip huggers, peace sighn neclaces, playing chinese jump rope for hours!!!:):), hoola hoops, oh yah two sides! i got an easy bake oven when i was bout 7 for christmas and i spilled a bottle of perfume in it so that was that, hehe, doublemint gum, bazooka gum, the honeymooners on Saturday nights, Wonderful World of Disney on Sunday nights,i remember Apollo 13 too Rkb...i think i was bout 7?.....ummmm, lost in space, oh...romper room!!! and Captain Kangaroo..., making chestnut neclaces and bracelets in the fall!, taking off early in the morning when all our mothers would put us out, hehe, and playing in the woods all day, or in the fields, with no parental supervision, just free!!!!...., having picnics, kool aid,killing my softly by roberta flack, joy to the world by three dog night.. roller skating around the neighborhood (4 wheels, hehe) bannana seats (on our bikes),colorful clickers on our spokes, playing outside until dark and coming in when our mom\'s would ring the bells!:)...going in for dinner and going badk outside to play flash light tag, iceskating at the pond we had in the woods for hours:)..., hmmm, after 12: argyle sox, sweet honesty perfume, herbal essence shampoo, rod stewart...oh what a night , Theme from "mahogony", the Paciden Adventure, ...omg so many memories!

oh my! body suits!!!hehe, they were so big in my error too two sides! lol.....i loved them!:)..oh yah, before i was 12; stocking hats were huge! also these muff hats i think they were called, they were all furry on the outside and had two strings with furry balls to to tie under your chin!....

oh yah, and after about 12 Dr. Schoells were a big thing there for a while!!!hehe

Omg fieldofdaisies... I remember going outside and playing had all day long. And we used to play hide and go seek in the dark lol. That was when our parents werent afraid to let us be kids. I remember we would go to the parks and get free lunches, cartoons on sunday mornings like thunder cats, gi joe, transformers, strawberry shortcake, the littles, fragel rock, carebears, and my little pony. I remember banana seats on the bikes also, electric youth perfume by debbie gibson, music by debbie gibson (She was the britney spears back then),oh and also the candy cigarretes that made you look like you were really smoking lol. Going to church with my grandmother and falling asleep in the pews, sunday school, and big banquet dinners at the church. Boy them old ladys could cook a killer meal
