hehe, i remember those candy cigaretts!! we use to always pretend we were smoking lol, and yah my mom took us to church every sunday...., sometimes when i had dark moods coming on that scared me, i would kneel on that pew and pray my little heart out...

yeah, cartoons like bugs bunny, love him!!

i miss being a kid, and not having really any responsibility.

oh yah...every saturday morning! tom and jerry, road runner..!!!! and when i was like about 8-10 we watched the Brady bunch and Partridge family every friday night:)...oh and on Saturday nights when my grandma was visiting we would all sit down and watch the "Lawrence Welk show", .....oh yah, and geez, how could i forget, "the monkey\'s\' loved that show! ummmmm, Sunday morning we would watch Davey and Goliath....oh and this show called Dark Shadows was like a soap opera thng on in th eafternoon on week days, sometimes i tried to sneak and watch it, but my mom wuoldnn\'t let us watch it...hehe...anyway mostly we were always outside playig, except then it was raining out...then we would come in and watch \'under dog, and speed racer....i forget speed racer though, just remember a tiny bit of it...lol

Maggie! I almost forgot Watergate and Nixon\'s resignation! The most pivotal event of the 70s besides the end of the Vietnam war. I also watched The Partridge Family and the Brady Bunch religiously. I remember Love Story came out then as well. That was huge. So was Patton. Elvis died. The Beatles broke up. But hey. The Stones are still here!

I remember watching soap operas with my mom all day long, tales from the crept, tales from the darkside, I love lucy, the munsters, and the addams familt on nick at night. My mom loved the monkeys show and we all watched the brady bunch. Little house on the prairie, Highway to heaven, aweful stripey socks my great grandfather used to give us around christmas time, chocolate covered cherries, big thanksgivings (dont have them anymore since my family drifted apart), getting a few bucks from my grandma for helping her do yardwork and washing her car. Spending the summer with my cousins out in the country. Oh my goodness the memories

oh yah! and RKB and what about when Robert Kennedy was assinated? i\'m not sure what year that was but i do remember it!......and yah, I rembember love story was huge! and remember the song, "to sir with love,\'? i love that song..i think it came from a movie, and oh yah,"the graduate" and "mrs. Robinson"...big song back then:) and i remember my parents talkigng about West Side story, but i don\'t know why we didn\'t watch it...and there was a show on at night that the parents watched, oh yah, it was called, "Peyton Place" i remember my parents talking about it:)ummmmmmmm yah totally love story with Ali Mcgraw....and how she wore her hat:)....hmmmm

trying to think of more things.....i was born in 62.....so....i was like a little flower child kid, hehe...but not a teenager in the late 60\'s....

oh yah and after about 12 years old, i remember toe socks!!! hehe

I remember making mud pies out in the front yard with my cousins and neighborhood friends and our moms telling us that we woulod get ringworms lol. Stealing grocery carts from teh stores and racing up and down the streets with em (Yeah I know we were bad kids), riding in my big wheel, get inside tires and having someone push you down the hill in them, hopscotch, butter scotch candys, hard christmas candys that my grandma always kept in her crystal dish

Robert Kennedy was assassinated in 1968. The Graduate was in the 60\'s as well. Simon and Garfunkel were a 60\'s phenomenon. I was born in 61. The Apollo 13 Mission was in the early 70\'s. The Apollo 11 Mission to the moon was in July of 1969. I was 7. Watergate was in 1973 or 4. Not exactly sure which. Peyton Place has a great theme song. And I used to watch Dark Shadows with the character Barnabus Collins until one episode scared the crap out of me and gave me nightmares!!! I was six!! But I remember it!!

ok rkb..so it was the apollo 11 mission i remember....hehe, sorry you got scared, that\'s probably why my mom didn\'t let me watch it , she knew i was likethe biggest scardy cat , lol....yah rkb , so you and i grew up at the exact same time!!! i loved growing up in the 60\'s and 70\'s things were so much simpler then huh?.....

two sides, yah, i remember making mud pies in this puddle in front of my house one afternoon, that is like one of my bestes memories, i remember the smell of the air, the street, the feel of the mud and just the coolness of it on my hands and all over me...and i just remember feeling sooooo free....

Oh and you cant forget about charlie brown. I always loved snoopy
