Good day to everyone...Well sort of day...I'm still waiting to sleep
I think I will soon
I got a few things done yesterday...Pushing through and I hope to do the same today
I've been low so everything at this point is one big effort
Hopefully that will change before long
Sending hugs...Have a good day!...xo

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
You got this!
And I hope you're sleeping right now!
Have a peaceful rest of your day, everyone.
I often don't fall asleep til really late but then I sleep in late
Sending hugz...xo
I hurt my finger at work several months ago, and I thought it would naturally heal back on its own, since it's not fractured, but the finger is damaged. No one was around to take care of me, so I could claim workers' comp or to cover the store, so I had to work throughout my shift, and later ended up telling my manager and seeing my primary care provider to see if he could examine... that's when we found out it's not a fracture. The point is, it's damaged, and it hurts, hasn't healed. So, how is your healing?
Evrrything is good
Thank you!!
I'm sorry that you were hurt and your finger hasn't healed
We use our hands so much that would be miserable
Big hug...xo
