walk in the hood.

went for a walk this morning to the local Starbucks.


Woke up with so much anger I didn't know what to do with it.

So fearful of the first walking adventure in the hood, I decided to just 

go for it - first part of the way, then the next part and then just go for it...

I walked to the local Starbucks about a mile away. It felt bracing and good -

the Starbucks baristas were weird but - that won't move me. Sometimes people are like that.

Some people are - and it's ok.

I think walking outside is a good, healthful activity. I also take walks outside, to go get coffee, and to my local recreation centre.

that's nice butterfly! There's a hiking trail out here that I want to explore. I will look into it!

I love Starbucks and going for walks. I walk my dogs a mile a day to help when I'm not feeling so good mood wise. I'm glad you got out and did something!
