Unusual feeling for me...

I have been mad, angry, confused, jealous, and generally upset by what someone that I cared about did.

These emotions have been hiding what I really feel.

Its not sorrow, pain, or despair.

It is not a knot in my stomach that is caused by anxiety. The knot is in my chest. It really does feel like a physical symptom, and my heart is aching. This is happening because...

I'm HURT

As a child when I got hurt I would cry and lose my breath.

But now, with the medications that I am taking, with my thoughts and emotions in check, and taking time out to myself, this is what I have identified it to be.

I hope for feeling to go soon.

Great big hug for you mr.... It's great that you have good insight into yourself and your triggers... Identifying them is so important..

I hope the anxiety will pass soon... I usually use a prn... I hope you feel better soon...xo

Hope you feel better Mrstood. Sometimes it takes a little while to get over being hurt. I hope you have a rapid recovery.

I get the physical tension in my chest too when dealing with something harsh and complex. There's been a lot of that in my life. I took a yoga/meditation class once years ago and the instructor guided us through these chest opening movements which helped with the healing. Wish I remember the instructors name because it was the best guide at a difficult period in my life which I still haven't gotten over.

I hope you're feeling better soon mr. I'm not a weed kind of gal but hope it helps you as expected.
