While I am at work, I tend to exp. a lot of negative thoughts about myself, that keeps me quiet, untalkative, distance. I know to relate to my co-workers, and form friendships ( at least in the office) but I tend to behave my a loner, when all I want most is to be apart of something.
How can I over come this without looking like a nutters.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

As justlet has said therapy can help a lot with confidence.. and unless you want to be more talkative there's nothing wrong with being on the quiet side..
I think a lot of us have a problem with some social anxiety.. big hug for you..x

Maybe pick someone who seems nice, and compliment them on something genuine....could even be something like their laugh, or shoes, or purse or hair or eyes......you know. Or say that they look JUST like ______!!
How long have you worked there?
Shedding the burden of hiding behind "normal" facades goes a long way in my own abilities to be part of something bigger than little, ol' me.
