im havin a mountain dew right now, along with the lovely following meds that i'll never get to live w/o whether its these wonderfulones.abilify,trileptal,tegretol,cymbalta,valium,and prozac.
or ends up being another fabulous cocktail of a bunch of other shit pills!!

often i go without breakfast..which i know isn't good....but,the other times i make a smoothie out of yogurt, berries , bannana, and juice or milk and ice.....they are sooooo good.....and they do the trick..and i take my meds with them....other times i don't take my meds until noon time with lunch....but i thik i need to take them at a regular time each day, so i think i'll start up the smoothies again.....i like egg sandwiches too!....never had an egg mcmuffin...but love the egg mc bagels i get at a restaurant around here...or making them here!! peace nobody,,,,,i think i'll go have a coffee and a cig now....hmmmm, doesn't sound like a very healthy breakfast....oh well....hugs, maggie

I am struggling with eating disorder, so this is hard, but I'll try.

I have a terrible headache, so I'm taking my prn valium and pain, so I HAVE to eat and take my heart pill and all that fun stuff. I guess I might have a Michelina's 3-cheese manicotti microwave dinner. I know... I'm wierd, I don't like breakfast food.

Oh, and "nobody"... wow that is a really negative screen name. I'm sorry that must be how you feel. My screenie used to be "silentlyscreaming", but I changed it because the name itself was triggering to me. You don't have to listen to me, but maybe you might consider changing your name to something positive... for YOU. I can't imagine it helps your self-esteem to constantly refer to yourself as nobody. I'm not trying to criticize... I just care.

taken my pills, added an allergy med. think i have been sneezing for days. kinda makes the coffee taste a little weird. i've heard u loose a brain cell every time u sneeze, i'm so freakin screwed!!!!!!

uh oh, I had an allergy to pitocin when I had my kids and sneezed every two seconds for hours! Stupid nurses were trying to ask me questions but I couldn't even talk because of the sneezing! I guess I'm probably brain damaged and that would explain why I'm nuts! (Just Joking :)

sometimes thinking about what to eat is too hard so i had my meds, water

so for breakfest i had 2 glasses of choc. milk a few cigs and a big bowl of weedites...then meds....so i will progly go back to bed at some point ...if i can sleep....

My breakfast:
-a cigarette
-coffee
-abilify
-klonopin
-lexapro
-my multivitamin.

i had a cup of coffee, a glass of coca cola, used my lamp and took a nap because i was so tired from staying up til 11:30p(normal bedtime 10p) just woke up ate some kapn krunch took my meds(eskalith, lexapro, synthroid, geodon, lamictal) and got online and called my husband and here i am. if i had mtn dew i would be drinking it. oh yeah, having a cigarette now too. good morning everyone.
