i have gone down by 100 mg over the course of a month (with the OK from my dr). I'm starting to experience severe irritability and my depression is worsening. Also, I am becoming very sensitive to noise. My neighbor in the apartment next to me is getting to me. He is doing what he always does, but it is getting on my nerves. I left a message for my dr.
I am am really feeling bad about everything right now. I feel like a big fat mistake. I am nothing. I am a disappointment to my family. I didn't become something. I didn't go to school.
Im sitting here listening to music and just feeling sad.
I've been seeing a social work student for counseling. She is free. I got free services and she got experience. But I feel like I am a waste of her time. I may stop seeing her because of this. She is wonderful social worker but she could be meeting with someone that she could actually help. I'm beyond help. Mentally and physically.

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
