Stuck in a rut

Over the past few months I have had issues come regarding my behavior before the medication. My family forgives me and some things I can forgive myself on. I have no friends where I live. I am trying to figure out what career I want. I have a degree but it is not what I want. I am in a transition stage and it is hard.

it is difficult, but the future is in your hands. it is easier when properly medicated.

Transition is hard and it does sound like you have a supportive family.This could be the beginning of a very fulfilling wonderful life : )....inch by inch : )

Transition is challenging!! My daughter is right where you are -- decided she'd prefer a field slightly different than her masters degree. She also canceled her wedding 4 days before so she is most definitely in a bit of transition.

So glad you forgiveness from your family and from you under your belt. Do you know what you would like to pursue career-wise?

Are your friends somewhere other than Houston?

Me too, issues with my behavior, having manic spikes and I am difficult and exhausting to be around, so my wife tells me. Also going throught a transition with my job where I have been comfortable for 20 years now I'm in a new situation.

Thanks everybody. I am blessed to have a supportive family. I have been able to get the help I need so that is a huge blessing. I am taking an acting class and might pursue theater. But I have to make sure I can get a job before I start classes.

    I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments.My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

    I did the dumbest thing today.  I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds.  I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym.  What a dummy!
